OJA Annual Dinner

The Queen’s Hotel, Southsea
Price:
Tickets will be £40 per head with a reduced price of £36 for students and Leavers (‘Leavers’ - all those who have left the college within the last four years – Summer 2006 to date).
The tables will seat between 10 and 12 so why not try to gather some of your contemporaries together and book a table.
Accommodation: We have provisionally booked a mixture of single, double/twin and family rooms at the Queen’s hotel for those who are looking for accommodation for the weekend and would like to stay at the hotel. The rooms are charged on a nightly basis and include breakfast. They have given us special function rate bedroom hire charges for guests of this event:
Single: £60
Double/Twin: £80
Family: £100
You are under no obligation to use this hotel as there are others in the area however these facilities are available should you wish to use them. If you wish to book a room you are advised to phone the Queen's Hotel on 02392 822 466 and quote the reference number 076671 (You will need to quote this number to make sure you get the reduced room price).
Please also be advised that the room rate will be increasing after the 29th March 2010 (including our special function rates) so if you wish to book a room at the prices indicated you will need to do so before 29th March. Any rooms that have not been booked two weeks prior to the function will be released for outside guests so if you do wish to use these rooms please make sure they are booked the latest two weeks before the dinner.

Parking:
There are parking facilities at the Hotel which are free of charge. On arrival you will need to register your car at reception providing them with your name and your car’s registration number.
Tickets:
Dinner tickets will be available from early February 2010. All ticket order forms must reach us by Thursday 1st April as the hotel needs to know numbers two weeks before the dinner date. Last year we sold all tickets two weeks before the dinner so do not delay - get your request in as soon as you can!
Annual Golf Day 2010
The date for the the Annual Golf Day 2010 has been set for Thursday 14th October 2010. The venue will be Waterlooville Golf Course, and tee-off will be at 10.00am. Further details will be published closer to the time. You may, however, register your interest either by emailing ojssjc@yahoo.co.uk or by mailing the
'OJA Golf Day Officer' at the the College's postal address.
