At St John’s education is much more than the academic curriculum. Great care is taken to identify, nurture and develop pupils’ talents and abilities. No matter what their current or potential strengths, there will be an activity to suit them.

At the heart of much of this extra-curricular provision is a strong House system. We believe in healthy competition within a supportive environment as a means of developing determination, team spirit, and many other valuable attitudes and skills. Every pupil is encouraged to take part in at least one area such as drama, dance, tag rugby, chess or netball.
