Our fields played host to the Nike UK team on Monday 20 May, as the new England Football kit was launched.
We were delighted to welcome back to our playing fields in Farlington former pupil and Arsenal Footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, as he presented one lucky pupil with the new England shirt.

St John's Singing Day
Last Friday, 3 May, was the inaugural St John’s Singing Day which took place all day in the NBH.
In total over 150 children aged between 9 and 13 years spent a day of fun and music making. Of the 150 children, approximately 100 were visitors to St John’s. The choirs of Oakwood School, Sherborne House School and King’s Court School joined our St John’s Junior School Choir, Girls’ Choir and the Chapel Choir.

A new format for the House Hockey was introduced for this term. The concept was for each House to select a team with a minimum of two players from each team group: Under-12, Under-13, Under-14, Under-15 & 1st XI. Each team then played against every other team in a league system, with the top team being crowned House Hockey champions 2013.
